Tanzifco Emirates L.L.C., from its humble beginnings in 1963 in Kuwait, is now a Regional Player in the area of general cleaning, security services, pest control and waste management. We provide all types of major and minor cleaning services besides offering a wide spectrum of specialized services.



We have a wide presence in the GCC markets and currently have offices in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt and Qatar. After having acquired some valuable contracts in the Oman market, we have recently commenced operations in Muscat as well.



Our core competence lies in providing specialized cleaning services. Our services include: General cleaning, security services, external facade cleaning, waste collection, stone care, supply of office boys & girls, hotel housekeeping, rope access, pest control, porter and trading services.

We provide all types of major and minor cleaning services as well as specialized services, such as street cleaning, small and large scale industrial cleaning, hospital cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning the interior and exterior facades of high rise buildings, cleaning and revitalizing stone surfaces, rope access cleaning, pest control, security services and waste management.



Waste management includes garbage pickup and dumping, and operation of landfill areas and compost plants. We also undertake landscaping. We use modern state-of-the-art equipment and machinery and due caution is exercised in the selection of chemicals used. All equipment, machinery and chemicals used are approved under the International Safety Law and environment protection, thereby making it safe for customers as well as our employees.



All jobs are carried out by skilled, trained and experienced workers who are capable of working in typical surroundings as well as in sensitive areas of prime importance. The work is rigorously monitored by our supervisors and closely scanned by the project managers. Tanzifco's supervisors carry out surprise checks at sites while the project managers undertake audits at regular intervals. Hence, the quality control and monitoring procedures are multi-layered so as to follow and maintain the industry best practices.
