Summertown Interiors

Summertown was established in 1997 and only traded in wooden doors, however, it rapidly expanded in 2000 when the company’s activities were extended from trading only to the operation of a fully fledged industrial joinery unit, for the manufacturing of wooden doors, paneling, and bespoke furniture. It was the first joinery company in the UAE to be awarded the ISO 9001-2000 certification, on all of its activities.



In 2005 Summertown grew from a joinery sub-contractor to a turnkey interior fit out specialist.



Currently we operate three independent entities; Summertown International in Abu Dhabi (Sillc), Summertown Joinery in the Free Zone (Sifze) and Summertown Interiors in Dubai (Sint) focusing on the medium to high-end market of the corporate sector, employing over 200 staff.

Summertown Interiors is the FIRST Interior Fit-Out contractor in the Middle East to occupy LEED Gold certified interiors. The offices and showroom in Jebel Ali are reflective of the functionality and timeless office design that are in sync with the core values of the company: transparency, communication, flow of work, quality, and a place where people like coming to work., concepts which were executed within the framework of feasibility and budget. The facility has a dual purpose functioning as both an office as well as a showroom.



The office showcases to potential clients an environment where people are at work while simultaneously enabling a showcase of different design and furniture solutions, finishes, quality, and Summertown Interiors capabilities. A dynamic showroom area will be updated regularly with the latest furniture and accessories.



Clients can experience a functional timeless office design which incorporates creative and exciting new finishes not seen before in the region. They will be able to touch and experience first hand the textiles and finishes, and discuss ideas with the team of experts who are at hand to answer questions.
