PRO TECHnology Service center known for the last eight years, was now officially named as PRO Assist in line with its recent changes & development in the company. PRO Assist is an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) and an all around service provider for other brands included in our portfolio such as HP, Freecom, Lacie, etc. The new department consist of highly trained engineers & technicians for both Mac & PC systems to ensure that your computer gets a total quality care & service.

Our Technical staff are available to offer telephone services. For those technical queries which cannot be solved over the telephone, the item may need to be brought into the service workshop for further inspection and testing, so that the fault may be speedily diagnosed.



Once in-house, our service technicians will diagnose your problem and we'll give you a call. The person that's calling is the same person that's performing your repair, so you're getting your information direct from the source.

Within the PRO Assist, we appreciate the level of urgency on the customer's part should a hardware malfunction occur. It may not be possible for you to bring your machine into our workshop, in which case we could send an engineer to your premises to attend to the fault on site. Our ultimate aim is to get your system back up and running at peak performance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
