In view of the lack of proper maintenance services for home owners in Dubai, a license for general maintenance was acquired and a company was established to offer services to home and building owners. A brand name HITCHES & GLITCHES (H&G) was registered and is offering its services on an annual based service contract whereby homeowners can call upon for services 24 hours a day throughout the year. The company started its operations with one van and five technicians in 2005, and today has grown to a fleet of over 50 vehicles with strength of 100 plus staff.

The company ensures its specialized and trained crew will reach the customer’s doorstep within 30 minutes* of their call. A 24-hour help desk is available on a toll free number. The annual subscription paid by the client means no additional charge for labour and/or service. Services of qualified engineers have been hired to lead H&G.
