It doesn't matter what your personal goal is whether it's to learn to swim, lose some weight, or improve your fitness after an injury, at VIP we will ensure that you work towards your goal in a fun filled way.

Rehabilitation

Getting back to fitness ....

If you are suffering from any muscular or joint pain then we can help. If you have injured yourself on the field of play, picked up a heavy object or simply woken up in pain then a visit to the Physio is a must. Don't suffer in silence let us help to fix you and get you back to doing what you do best be that playing sport, walking or even just enjoying your day-to-day life.

VIP Sports Club delivers a wide range of rehabilitation for patients both young and old. All of our coaches are highly trained and devoted to delivering the highest quality care. So whatever your rehabilitation needs, we have the knowledge, skill, focus and support you're looking for.

A niggling injury needn't keep you from the gym, not if we've got anything to do with it! Rehabilitation exercise is now recommended for the majority of sports injuries. If you've been advised that exercise will help your rehabilitation we can help get you back in the gym and back on track.

A prior evaluation of your situation and consulting your doctor or physician, our team works with you to provide not only the highest quality care but customize a program to meet your personal rehabilitation goals and fit your busy schedule. We also maintain regular communication with your referring physician.

Learning

At VIP Sports Club we have outstanding indoor and outdoor sports facilities which are the home of our 5 international academies. Therefore you can always take up a new sport with the wide variety of group and individual lessons by our professional international coaches; it's never too late to start learning!
