The Big Fitout is a Dubai based British Design and Build Company which offers complete turn-key property solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are fully licensed for partition, ceiling, tiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring and interior decoration works and so we are fully qualified to handle all manner of assignments.

The Big Fitout has also established partnerships and relationships with several globally renown suppliers and manufactures and as a result we are able to offer our clients a very wide range of products and services including kitchens and bathrooms.

Whether your project be large or small, as our client you will receive a comprehensive “Project Pack” and be assigned a dedicated Project Manager. The Project Pack contains a project overview, quotation, schedule of works and a comprehensive 4 page legal agreement which ensures your rights are protected and commits us to the timeframes and specifications we provide. The dedicated Project Manager provides you with one point of contact who’s primary functions are to execute the Schedule of Works, adhere to all timeframes and of course to ensure you are always happy with the progression of your project.
