About Us

Multiforms LLC was established in 1997 originally to meet the growing demand in the UAE for high performance architectural u-PVC windows and doors. In the rapidly growing Middle Eastern market, substantial growth was achieved and Multiforms became one of the largest uPVC supply and installation companies operating in the Middle East.On the path to achieving the goal to become market leaders, Multiforms entered into a long term license agreement, in 2001, with the world’s leading uPVC company- Deceuninck, who provided Multiforms with complete technical support for design and production

Multiforms commenced production of aluminium windows and doors in the year 2000, and began offering composite curtain wall solutions especially for high-rise buildings. For these projects, the highest qualified and experienced personnel were brought in to join the design, fabrication, production and installation divisions.

In 2005, a majority shareholding in Multiforms was acquired by Emaar Industries & Investments (EII), Dubai's leading development company and one of the world’s largest real estate companies. With Emaar's support, Multiforms transformed from a medium scale operation into a larger, technically more proficient operator.

In 2006 Multiforms expanded their facilities from a 3,000 m2 factory in Al Quoz, into an 8,000 m2 facility and head office in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). With the completion of the facility, Multiforms’ product range was expanded to include unitised curtain walling- a modular façade solution designed to maximise the benefits of building off- site, to improve quality and safety, to reduce installation time and cut costs for the benefit of clients.

In 2008, a 40 percent shareholding in Multiforms was acquired by Saudi Arabian company, ACWA Holding, a major infrastructure investment company. This enabled Multiforms to strengthen the company’s overall expansion and to support the move into more foreign markets, including Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. Multiforms then created a new metal division to handle welding and fabrication works for steel, metal sheet, composite cladding, cradle and monorails for in-house projects.

Following this acquisition, a new 20,000 m2 facility for glass and aluminium was established alongside Multiforms' Head Office in 2008. The expanded factory is equipped with a full range of the latest advanced computerised CNC and cutting machines from ELUMATEC of Germany, including state-of-the-art glass machinery. From this ISO- 9001 accredited site, Multiforms manufacture a wealth of high quality products.

Today, the services that Multiforms offer from its 100,000 m2 facilities- architectural facades, uPVC windows and doors and glass- form a vital component of any cutting-edge building development in the Middle East and beyond. Discerning clients look to Multiforms for a complete turnkey solution to fulfil their facade requirements.
