Fawaz Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Co. WLL was established on 30th May 1973 (FRAC - KUWAIT) under the leadership of founder chairman Late Mr. Mubarak Abdulaziz Al Hassawi.



Since then, FRAC experienced expansion spreading across Kuwait and subsequently to various GCC countries namely U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Oman and Iraq with more then 35 offices, 50 international Agencies, dozens of showrooms and workshops.

FRAC - U.A.E. was established in November 1973 in Sharjah and is engaged in the design, supply and installation of all type of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems. Since its inception FAWAZ - U.A.E. has grown and expanded covering complete Electro-Mechanical Services of Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial/Residential buildings, Industrial Plants etc.
