Dynamic Learning provides transformational learning experiences that integrate head, heart and hands to ensure that participants develop powerful new awareness, as well as the knowledge and skills to improve performance within their organisation.



Our training methodology is based on the latest research in adult learning and includes: experiential exercises, group discussion, dialogue, case studies, role-plays, personal reflection and action planning. We aim to ensure that all workshops are fun, designed to appeal to all learning styles and are 75% ‘experimental’ based.



We do not believe in providing off-the-shelf training solutions. All our workshops are designed to focus on the needs of the client, and important contextual influences, whilst taking into account the needs of individual participants. Wherever possible, theory is linked to workplace reality by using relevant examples, case studies and exercises.



Because we believe that buy-in and commitment from senior management is crucial to success, we offer pre- and post-workshop leadership presentations with any training initiative. We also offer tailored third-party pre- and post-training tools to measure organisational metrics and the impact of training interventions.



Finally, to ensure that the learning journey is long-lasting and effective we offer coaching sessions with any of our workshops.
