The Dubai Center for Special Needs is an established, non-profitable institution that provides the highest standards of service in specialized education and therapy, for children with various disabilities. It is a caring environment, largely dependent on the generosity of the local communities and corporations. Its aim is to provide each and every one of its students the key to a positive life, thereby "Lighting the path to a brighter future".
There are 130 students at The Center of which 65% are U.A.E. Nationals. Our students are aged between 3 years and 27 years. Our aim is to give each and every one of our students the best quality of life of which they are able physically, emotionally, socially and academically.
When they have finished their academic education, we concentrate on prevocational training taking them to various organizations within Dubai for work experience and, hopefully, we can finally help them to gain employment within the community and to take their rightful place in this world which is their moral right.

Dubai Center for Special Needs exists to serve the unique academic, physical, social, and emotional needs of its students. All aspects of the Center's organization, curriculum, and activities are child-centered and designed to accommodate individual learning styles so that all may experience success. Our management and staff seek to improve the quality of life of individuals with special needs of all ages and their families by:
Promoting their independence, productivity, inclusion, empowerment, and social participation in integrated community settings.
Promoting high quality, effective community-based programs and social support services to individuals and their families.
Promoting the prevention of disabilities through training, public awareness and services.
Providing advocacy, inter-disciplinary training, technical assistance and information dissemination to accomplish the aims given above.
The Center is always working hard towards a brighter future for individuals with special needs. However, all of our work is meaningless without your help.
The Center is a charitable non-profit organization that depends on caring, generous individuals and companies throughout the community for support of all kinds.
The Center generously accepts donations of funds; equipment and services; help with fund raising activities; volunteers at classrooms and many of our students need sponsorship.
