Yard Real Estate is a Dubai based RERA Registered real estate firm, established in 1994 and is active in Dubai’s Local Real Estate and Marketing Indian Real Estate to NRI’s based in GCC since 2009. Mr.Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Bilal Al Dais, an UAE national is the founder, chairman and director of Yard Real Estate. He comes from a reputed business man family and has business many other businesses such as Dubai Cinema, Dubai Garage, Najaf Restaurant chain, Relja securities , and Aldaisi trading company.











Nishanth Mandody, Executive Director of Yard Real Estate has been steer leading the business ventures since 1998 who also was instrumental in starting a separate Indian real estate division to support reputed Indian developers to market their projects in gulf region and to help NRIs invest in Indian real estate. He is a Business Management graduate from Somayia collage Mumbai and an experienced real estate consultant since 1994.



Since 2009 we are supporting well reputed builders from Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & North India. We are also having RERA approved trade license for hosting and marketing Indian Properties Expo, customized Road shows & promote new launches for builders.
