Vega Ships Management DMCCo (VSM), an ISO 9001:2008 certified company offering commercial Vessel Post Fixture Operation services to Clients. VSM is headquartered in Dubai, with Port Captains based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. VSM is manned by Master Mariners and Professionals of the Shipping Industry and provides services which meet the needs and requirements of CHARTERERS only.



VSM is an employee based organization, where we believe the commitment, dedication and expertise of our team of Master Mariners and Operations Staff has paved our path to success. VSM is manned and operated by professionals of the shipping industry with an accumulated experience of 72 years of Sea Experience, 10 years of Command Experience, 45 years of Post Fixture Experience, 6 years of Hub Agency Experience, 48.5 years of Accounting Experience and a total of 170.5 years of Shipping Industry Experience.



VSM is an independent company which gives us the flexibility to align ourselves to our Charterers requirements and offer services which are custom designed to our Charterers needs and build on throughout the service delivery process. Our service provision offers Charterers, Time and Cost Savings as well as Fuel Efficiency for the entire fleet. We offer complete Commercial Day to Day operations of the vessels.



Our Superintendents and Managers have in-depth knowledge of the OCIMF/CDI Inspection regime which provides us with an edge in the industry with respect to the industry requirements and regulations for the tanker industry. We evaluate SIRE and CDI reports for CHARTERERS only. VSM as a company is insured with ITIC of London for liabilities.

The scope of our services spans Post Fixture Operations, Port Captaincy and Cargo Expediting Services, Dry Dock Preparation, Tank Cleaning, Gassing Up and Cooling Down Operations, Demurrage Calculations and Claims Handling.
