RETAIL OUTLETS
As part of the ongoing strategy to keep the customer satisfied, TUC has planned to open a string of retail showrooms across the GCC over the next few years. The first two have been commissioned in Dubai. Our retail outlets are located in Al Qusais, Deira Dubai & in Karama, Bur Dubai. Our retail outlets are two shutter shops, divided into ground floor and mezzanine floor with a work force of seven people in each outlet.
The show room is designed as one stop shop solution for all kinds of uniforms requirements. Conveniently located for client interaction and with in house crafts men to provide detail on the cut and the fit of specific garment, the TUC shop as it is referred is designed to cater to the whole gamut of customers in need of uniforms.
WORKSHOP
We have a tailoring workshop in Ajman.
TUC’s belief in quality and style were achieved only by hand picking the most professionally committed employees. With qualified professionals heading each sphere of activity viz. a viz. design, production, merchandize, purchase, accounts, administration, HR, transport and etc. TUC has been able to achieve all targets set for the company so far. In house training programs and refresher courses are regularly conducted to keep the employees up to date about changing style and methods of the industry.
Equipment and Material
No quality or style can be maintained if the equipment infrastructure or the material used is of inferior quality hence at TUC the best equipment has sourced globally to provide the craftsmen with best tools so that each creation will carry the unique class of the TUC product. The materials (fabric and trims) are also sourced from best suppliers, which confirm to the clients requirements as well as global standards.
Reliability
Whatever be the effort put in producing a garment, the end result is naught if the reliability of any sector of the deal is suspect. Hence all at TUC are trained to infuse reliability in all their operations, Be it purchase, production or delivery. The time frames are set in advance with comfortable lags to incorporate any untoward delays that may occur. These details are conveyed to the client in the formative stages of any contract leaving no scope for any ambiguity. Latest management measures to keep the productivity at the highest level are adopted and suitable employee incentives and reward programs keep the morale and commitment of the work force at the highest level
