Fun: Dancing is fun! In our lessons you can enter the world of dance full of passion, energy and joy.
Fitness: Like other dance forms, dancing is excellent for fitness. dancing promotes increased flexibility and strength and burns calories for weight loss.
Fulfilment: Our students gain knowledge of foreign cultures and learn self-expression through dance.

Our programs offers a wide range of classes, for young people aged three to adults, seven days a week. So whether you are already taking classes and want to develop your technique and skills further, or are new to dance and looking for a fun way to get fit, we have the class to suit your ability.
Our day is divided into three sections:
8:00 am- 12:00 am (women only fitness classes )
Zumba, Zumba toning ,Zumba Santao , Zumba step, booty barre, yoga , absolute hot Yoga , Pole Dancing ,Killer ABS , Core Barre, Pilates stretch and tone
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm ( kids club )
Hip-hop ,Break-dance, Classical Ballet , Musical Theater , Capoeira , Tap dance ,Belly dance
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Adult classes )
Salsa Cuban , salsa L.a style , Salsa New York style , Argentine Tango , Hip-hop , House Dance, Belly dance , Flamenco , Zumba , Capoeira , Jazz and Contemporary dance .
