TNB, also known as TECHNIBUILT (M) SDN BHD, is a professional scale model studio established in 1990 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We build quality scale models that allow our clients to test architectural concepts through physical three-dimensional structures built according to scale.



In 2005, we expanded our services to the Middle East, collaborating with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Iran, Bahrain, Qatar, Sudan and Kuwait before venturing into Asia, Europe, North America and more. These strategic collaborations helped us cement solid business relationships while gaining us worldwide recognition and numerous repeat orders from many of our clients across the globe.

With our primary mission to ‘test your concept in physical space’, TNB’s permanent regional workshop in Jebal Ali, Dubai was built to service our clients in the Middle East and Europe.



Our 240 employees across Malaysia, China and the UAE are made up of individuals who are experts in their respective fields who use the latest, most innovative technology and equipment to produce realistic, high quality scale models.



Since research and development is an integral part of our success, we continually invest in procuring and learning new techniques to achieve greater detail and – test your concept in physical space a better sense of depth and realism in our scale models. This is evident in our 23 precision CO2 Laser Cutting and Milling Machines that we use in our day to day work on our scale models. We also insist on only high-grade materials in order to ensure greater stability and durability.



We firmly believe that the more detailed a model, the better it can be at expressing an idea and communicating visually the full extent of a designer’s or architect’s intentions. As such you will find that our scale models are sophisticated and interactive projects that deliver quality images, giving our clients both the benefits of seeing the big picture while appreciating all its accompanying details.
