The admin and time management is very very poor. Me and my wife booked an hour and a half massage, when we went into the massage room to change I was waiting there for 25 minutes! After I complained they said theyd get another masseuse to recover the half an hour at the end that I lost. The first massage was relaxing but then at the end this other masseuse comes in and starts again with a hard and painful massage. I decided to quit after 10 minutes... When I requested the insurance forms to fill out they told me they’ll email them. They never did. I called 3 times more and each time they would tell me they’d call back and they didn’t. Eventually I got them after a lot of persistence and stress.
