Our founder, Natasha Sideris, was profoundly impacted as a child by her chef father, which was maybe the catalyst that would launch the organisation. The Tashas Group is a notable South African success story that started with the opening of a single restaurant that aimed to break the mould. Today, it has grown to 39 locations and counting. But it's still a firm with soul, regardless of the figures. The following hospitality concepts are included in our group: African Lounge, Perlage, NALA, GALAXY BAR, Bungalo34, Flamingo Room by Tashas, Avli by Tashas, and Le Parc by Tashas. Three fundamental ideas serve as the foundation for each of these brands: Gorgeous surroundings, excellent cuisine, and attentive service.Natasha has made it her life's work to open businesses that provide only the highest quality, and her presence at each of those franchises is unmatched. Because of her intense commitment, she stands apart from other restaurateurs and has earned the nickname "Anti-Franchise Franchise." The firm has a very hands-on, collaborative, TURNKEY APPROACH to franchising because of Natasha's unwavering engagement. Its franchisees benefit from the systems, expertise, and experience that the team has developed over the course of more than 19 years.Since the Group’s entry to the UAE in 2014, they have developed a number of other concepts - four Elevated Dining Concepts – Flamingo Room by tashas, Bungalo34, Avli by tashas and African Lounge. Their growing bar portofolio includes ‘World’s 50 Best’ Galaxy Bar and Perlage. In 2023, the Group launched Flamingo Collection in Riyadh & Abu Dhabi. Each venue has three unique concepts under one roof including Flamingo Room, African Lounge and Collective Africa.
