Sun and Sand Developers was established in 2005 as a joint venture between two (2) reputed companies- the Maruti Group in India and Rocky Real Estate of Dubai. It is a business undertaking between three (3) partners namely Mr. Rajan Israni, Mr. DN Budhrani and Mr. Ashok Uttamchandani. They all come together to share their expertise from their respective fields.



They have formed offshore companies under which they purchase land. They have an in-house contracting company in the name of SUN AND SAND BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC which is responsible for the construction of their projects and they also have their own real estate company the SUN AND SAND REAL ESTATE BROKER LLC that is in-charge for marketing and sales of their completed works. Evidently, Sun and Sand Developers is a company with difference in terms of achieving the highest quality control, cost efficiencies and timely completion of their works thus, outstandingly fulfilling the needs of their end users.



Their Partners:

1) MARUTI GROUP - founded in 1985 in New Bombay India by two young Civil Engineers Mr. Rajan and Mr. Sunil Israni. In last 20 years the company has completed over 50 projects in and around New Bombay. At present Maruti Group has completed 1.5 million sq. feet of works with a value amounting to 95 million US dollar.



2) ROCKY REAL ESTATE - is one of Dubai's oldest, mostly recognized and reliable real estate companies. It was established in 1976 with an aim of providing honest, knowledgeable real estate services to benefit customers from all walks of life. Its business involves in real estate requirement whether it is purchased of land, leasing and managing properties, buying freehold property, selling your home or in evaluation. Today, Rocky Real Estate manages over 6,000 properties in Dubai and has registered steady growth, adapting to shifting real estate trends in Dubai as they the city grew into a recognized hub of trade and commerce in the region.
