Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory was established in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) in 1999, to manufacture Plastic Products for buildings such as Storage Tanks, Road Barriers, Cones,

and other rotomolded products.

Polyethylene:

Polyethylene as a main raw material for the production of storage water tanks came as an alternative to solve the problems of using the existing fiberglass tanks to give more life, more protection and at the same time using a recyclable material.



Polyethylene is a high quality thermoplastic that has outstanding resistance to both physical and chemical attack. The overall general toughness and excellent chemical resistance to a wide array of wet and dry industrial chemicals and food products make polyethylene ideally suited for storage tanks and containers.



Polyethylene is translucent and its natural color range is slightly off white to creamy yellow depending up on the wall thickness and type. Ultraviolet light stabilizers are added for use in outdoor applications.



Ultraviolet Light

Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory uses the LLDPE, which includes UV Stabilizers, which greatly reduce the harmful effect of UV light. And for that reason a black layer is added to

the product to ensure more protection from the UV light.



The Products Range:

Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory produce a wide range of tanks in polyethylene that starts from 50 to 5000 US gallons in Vertical shape and 100 to 1200 US gallons in Horizontal shape.





Wall Thickness and Layers:



3 Layers Tanks:

All tanks produced in 3 layers (white – black – white) as a standard product with a wall thickness range from 5 – 11 mm as per capacity with more concentration on the base of the tank that will bear the load of the water or liquid.



4 Layers Tanks:

Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory can produce on confirmed order 4 layers tanks with

additional wall thickness that range between 3mm to 4 mm more, which comes in

(white – yellow – black –white).



4 Layers Tanks including foam layer:

Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory can produce on confirmed order 4 layers tanks which include one foam layer that gives a very high thickens for the body of the tank, to ensure more heat resistance.



Colors upon request:

Stars Poly Storage Tanks Factory can produce tanks with any color that is suitable for the design of the building, which will be the outside layer (color availability will be

subject to food grade approved color).





In addition to the above advantages:
