Sharjah Training and Development Center

The Sharjah Training and Development Center (STDC) is a joint effort of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) with the School of Business and Management at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) established to provide learning and development opportunities for businesses in Sharjah and the UAE.



Our vision is to strengthen Sharjah as an international business hub, based on a model of increasing sustainability and integration of economic activity with the needs of the community.



Our mission is to enhance the capabilities of businesses and government organizations in Sharjah by providing life-long learning opportunities in courses and programs that integrate Gulf and global perspectives.



Our strength lies in having the AUS faculty as trainers to ensure the reliability and high quality standards of the training and learning provided through their expertise and knowledge. In addition, being located at the SCCI provides access to state-of-the-art training facilities at a location in the heart of Sharjah.
