From our beginning in 1982, our commitment has always been to providing a safe haven for women. Everything here has been considered for your wellbeing and to simply help you unwind.

Our founder and chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wanted to create a centre that would serve the community and touch the lives of everyone in it.



This vision included helping shape the youth of the country. Our crowning moment came when the National Olympic Committee honoured the Club with a ‘Diploma of Achievement’ for providing Emirati women with the only comprehensive sports complex in the country.



Since our early beginnings, the club has undergone a dramatic transformation to become one of the most exclusive health and leisure clubs in the UAE.



With the emphasis on luxury treatments and five-star facilities, a multi-million investment programme has created greater space for our members and their children to enjoy. These include, a completely renovated Spa, a lavish orchid-themed beauty boutique and salon, newly equipped Fitness Centre, sports emporium, aerobics studio, an ice rink, nursery and a new laid back beachfront restaurant serving international cuisine. An all woman environment where you can truly be yourself.
