A new generation of all-day dining with a sensitive and direct approach to gastronomy is presented by Sfumato Gastro Atelier.The eatery can be found in the ME Dubai Hotel's Opus Tower, which was designed by Zaha Hadid, a famous architect known for her revolutionary impact. We also hope to transform urban dining, driven by a deep appreciation for culinary craftsmanship.Sfumato's guiding principle is to offer an inexpensive luxury concept based on domestically produced goods with sensitive, personal flavours. Vegetables and roots, in our opinion, are sophisticated, exquisite ingredients that take centre stage in every cuisine. We honour roots and vegetables as elegant and vital components of every meal. Our interior design, lighting, and music all reflect our chef's refined and artistic approach to cooking, which emphasises painstaking attention to detail.
