The foundation of the group was laid in 2002 by setting up a freezone establishment that was further strengthened in 2004 by acquisition of Dubai Select LLC.



Year 2005, saw the launch of the group’s first high-rise residential tower “The Torch” ideally located in one of the most exclusive locations in Dubai Marina. The response to this development was unprecedented and the demand from the investors kept on increasing, resulting in subsequent launch of some of the most iconic developments of Dubai including projects like Bay Central – a mixed use development featuring a five star hotel to be managed by Marriot and Pacific at Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and last but not the least “Aquitainia” spread on the France and Spain islands at “The World” – a project so unique that development is by invitation only. The group’s initial geographical focus for property sale was Europe, however it rapidly diversified its reach in other countries and now has a worldwide investor base spanning over 45 different nationalities.
