Since Sagra is an artisanal pasificio, we create all of our pasta from scratch. Located on Jumeirah Road in the center of Dubai, we are a small, family-run business that takes pride in producing the best fresh Italian pasta.Sagra is more than a restaurant; it is a cultural initiative. We conduct workshops in which participants learn how to make fresh pasta with a mortar and pestle, such as tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli, ravioli, and even classic Genoese pesto, rediscovering age-old techniques and traditions that are integral to our Italian culture. Sharing these experiences is a great method to bring the Emirati community closer to Italian culture, with each dish telling a unique tale.
