REGULUS SHIP SERVICES was founded in 1998 by Capt. Bhaskar Krishna in Dubai.

Capt. Krishna, a product of T.S. ‘Rajendra’, Mumbai, started his sea career as a Cadet in 1976. He sailed on various types of ships in ascending ranks until getting command as Master in 1987. He left sailing in 1996 and took up a shore job in a towing / offshore Company in Dubai.



REGULUS provides professional deep sea towage and salvage services, Offshore vessels operation, Technical and Crewing Management etc on par with the best in the business. We are ISO-9000 certified Company since year 2002.

Keeping ‘safety at sea and clean environment’ as our motto, we are proud of our excellent record in the performance of our vessels and crew. We provide highly efficient, reliable and responsible services worldwide through strategic alliances and partnerships with our close associates in various parts of the world.



REGULUS has successfully undertaken numerous towages worldwide (See Towage History). Since opening its office in Singapore in 2006, Regulus has firmly established as a leading offshore oilfield support service provider with its modern fleet of Anchor Handling Tugs.



In 2010, Regulus, has opened its office in Mumbai, India to join in the vibrant growth of Indian economy.
