RCH Real Estate is formed by Mr. Vikram Nanthur and Mr Vishal Ganvir, both the Directors have 15 years of experience in selling real estate in India and Dubai. The Directors have the experience of providing excellent service to clients from many nationalities as they have been a part of the boom experienced by the Dubai real estate market prior 2008. They have also seen the worst of recession post 2008 and have managed to excel in the same market all along.



Their experience during this tough phase has taught them that business is built only by relationships and relationships are sustained only by trust and integrity. RCH Real Estate was formed with a vision of providing honest and excellent service for everyone involved in a real estate transaction.

RCH Real Estate follows all guidelines set by RERA to conduct real estate business in Dubai and pays special emphasis to the ethical part of conducting real estate business. The company has zero tolerance policy towards any of its employees who break the ethical and moral regulations set by the government regulators and company management.
