Rawasi Tower

The Rawasi Tower, derived from the Arabic for stable and fowering mountains, stands as a monolith, a pillar of rock emerging from the ground in its broad base and unique sculptural structure pointing to the sky. Designed by New York architects, Hillier worldwide, the 765,000 square foot office building sits at the main entrance of Business Bay overlooking the large reflecting pool and iconic Dancing Towers building. Using a combination of cutting-edge design, modern and efficient materials and optimum use of space, the Rawasi Tower presents a strong sense of power and natural precision.
