RAW Coffee Company

Initially, unable to buy the quality of coffee we were used to locally, we started off as bootleggers, bringing our beans back into Dubai in our suitcases from favourite roasteries around the world. We love coffee, and we were seriously tired of the sad old offerings available here ~ Raw was born, established in July 2007 to fill the gap in the market for freshly roasted specialty coffee.



Sourcing premium green beans from around the world, we have selected the niche market looking for quality. It’s really important to us that our beans are ethically sourced and the farmers and their families growing our coffee are treated fairly and can eke out a sustainable living. Our beans are all organically certified, roasted by origin, and available to sample from our warehouse roastery either as single origins or blends.



We quickly realized coffee is not just about the beans and how much care we put into roasting them. It’s also about the support and training we can give to the baristas, and finding equipment manufacturers we want to align ourselves with. Even though the UAE has a long coffee culture, the specialty coffee market is in its infancy here so it’s a very exciting time for us.

RAW Coffee Company is a Boutique Roastery supplying cafes, restaurants, businesses and households here in the UAE.

Established in 2007, we roast in our custom built roastery in Al Quoz 1.



We welcome visitors and are open:

Saturday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm. Friday 9am to 5pm



We roast and supply Dubai's only premium 100% locally roasted, 100% organic 100% ethically traded fresh Arabica coffee.
