Pratimoksha - Enlighten Yoga Center

Enlighten Yoga Centre Pratimoksha is a hidden gem, pardon us for saying so ourselves. Tucked away in Oud Metha, far away from the glitz and glamour of Dubai’s newer communities, Pratimoksha is a relatively small yoga studio on the second floor of Safina Towers, very close to Lamcy Plaza.
We are an all-woman team eager to get the message of the goodness of Yoga out into our communities. We know we have a steep road to climb before we can say we have succeeded in our mission. Our mission being to tell the whole world that Yoga is good for you — plain and simple.
We believe in good old-fashioned yoga. However, given today’s lifestyles, we include conditioning exercises in the initial phase to get those muscles and joints moving again. We believe in Ayurveda, and that forms the basis of our dietary tips and advice. We believe in the Guru-shishya parampara (teacher-student tradition), so we have teachers who are eager to share all their knowledge with you, ready to help you in your Yoga journey.
