At Poke and Co, we have taken this classic Hawaiian specialty and added alternatives to raw fish including chicken, cooked salmon, cooked shrimp and tofu to cater for all preferences and to appeal to all demographics.

This fresh healthy cuisine originated from Hawaii hundreds of years ago and features cubed-cut raw fish mixed in a bowl with rice, vegetables and flavourful toppings.

The vision of Poke and Co started back in 2016, in the UAE, when the founders decided to share their passion for delicious, healthy food to the Dubai market. After a year of developing the concept, perfecting the menu, finding the perfect location and working with a group of talented, passionate people to bring this vision to life, this locally grown concept was born.
