Pier 8

Pier 8 development which is form a prominent landmark at the Dubai Marina, the city’s major new cosmopolitan waterfront development. The 40-storey, 170 metre-tall tower comprises a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments which will be managed by Radisson. The 48,000 sq m development will also contain a rooftop ladies gym, spa and health club, while retail areas, cafés and restaurants are situated along the waterfront.



The building’s contemporary design is matched by a strong use of sustainability principle.
