Pepe's Piri Piri Dubai

Pepe’s Piri Piri started in London in 2004. At the time, Piri Piri was virtually unknown in the UK and available in a handful of places. That was all about to change with the launch of our first store in London, which was called Pepe’s Piri Piri.

Almost overnight, Pepe's Piri Piri chicken became the talk of the town. We were the first to use the name Piri Piri in our branding and maybe a sense of curiosity attracted our first customers. But it was the taste of our chicken, startlingly fresh and flavourful, that brought them back. They told their friends, who told others, and soon there were lines out the door. Families loved it. Kids loved it. Foodies loved it. Even vegetarians loved it. (Yes, there's a vegetarian menu!)

From these humble beginnings, Piri Piri has become a nationally recognized dish loved by young and old. So overwhelming was the customer reaction to our great tasting chicken, that we were soon approached by people wanting to share in our success and open their own stores. Today, Pepe’s is the largest Piri Piri Chicken franchise in the UK with over 80 stores and growing across the whole UK.

Not surprisingly, word of our great tasting Piri Piri chicken has spread across the globe and we've opened stores in Pakistan and Ireland. We will be opening our first stores in UAE and Morocco soon with other countries to follow.
