It takes nearly seven hours to make most of the bread, so as to guarantee the quality of its taste. PAUL is proud to admit that, for them, over 117 years of tradition are worth more than being “à la mode”.

Paul opened its first outlet in 1889 and has grown from a small family bakery to become a successful international brand. PAUL restaurants & bakeries are carefully designed to incorporate the very latest food preparation and display technology, yet retaining traditional Gallic character.

Each shop offers a diverse menu of snacks and refreshments including more than 140 types of traditional and specialty French bread all prepared and baked in-house.
