The first branch of Pastels Hair and Beauty Salon was located in the prestigious Jumeirah suburb, which is also home to the world’s only 7-star hotel, the Burj Al Arab. Then, to cope with the surge in demand for on-trend hair and beauty treatments among Dubai’s beauty-savvy population, the business partners opened a second salon in 2008 in Dubai’s trendiest area, Dubai Marina.With rave reviews in the UAE media and a growing client base, the business duo opened a third branch of the much-hyped salon in May 2011. Focussing solely on hair care, the latest branch comprises a salon that offers innovative cutting and colouring techniques such as L’Oreal’s INOA treatment, as well as a dedicated retail area that sells a wide range of globally sourced hair care products, including A-list favourite hairdo hair pieces and the much-revered organic brand, Hemp Organics.With a creative team comprising international stylists at its helm, the Pastels brand has become synonymous with the latest must-have hair and beauty treatments and has been featured in magazines such as Grazia and Cosmopolitan.
