On the Wood - Barsha

From Centuries, Wood has been used to flavor fish, meat, vegetables and fruit over an open fire. It was the Pacific Northwest natives who traditionally cooked wild salmon from the Columbia River by smoking a whole salmon on a Cedar and Alder wood plank. Foods cooked using woods are more moist, juicy and succulent as well as more favorable.



On the Wood restaurant use the technique wood stone ovens which is characterized by giving the flavor and quality of the wood, where we use the alternative technique in order to preserve our environment.
