Throughout the day, a team of talented chefs prepares international and Arabic cuisine, while in the evening the spotlight is on seafood.
The buffet is the perfect way to start the day, with hot western and Arabic breakfasts, a selection of fresh bread and pastries, local and international cheeses, chilled yogurts, cereals and fresh fruit.
At lunchtime, the daily changing buffet features a wide array of dishes guaranteed to tempt guests into trying a bit of each. Arabic delicacies and Western appetizers are followed by a selection of main courses, including fish, meat and vegetarian options. To finish, choose from the mouth-watering selection of desserts on display.
After dark, the lights are dimmed, the candles are lit and Oceana turns into a seafood buffet of distinction. The finest, freshest seafood from all over the world are selected to inspire your palate. Choose between succulent giant prawns from the Philippines, yellow-fin tuna from the Seychelles, Norwegian halibut and Alaskan king crab, cooked to perfection.
