Oasis Ventures Limited Inc. was one of the first established Fund of Funds in the world, and it was the first strictly international Fund of Funds to participate in the U.S. private equity markets. Due to its success, Oasis Ventures Limited II Inc., a diversified private equity fund of funds focused in the leveraged buyout and merchant banking markets, was fully subscribed in 2002.

HISTORY

Fahad Mohammed Al-Nowaiser is the co-founder of Oasis Ventures. He is also the President of Oasis Ventures Limited Inc. and Oasis Ventures Limited II Inc.



From 1997 to the present, during the infancy stages in the Fund of Funds community, Fahad was a pioneer building one of the first Fund of Funds and the first strictly international private equity Fund of Funds. He has also been directly involved with over 20 venture capital acquisitions and mergers.



Prior to the founding of Oasis Ventures, Fahad served as the Chief Investment Officer for Saudi Brothers Commercial and actively managed 10 venture capital deals of which 3 he had a controlling interest. These deals span Europe, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East.



Fahad is a graduate of King Saud University of Riyadh and attended London Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Imperial College of London.
