A fresh burst of Northern Italy recently opened its doors on the ground floor of HDS Tower, Cluster F in JLT to delight Dubai with its simple, yet divine foodie creations authentic to the Piedmont region of Northern Italy.
During their time in the UAE founders and owners Marianna Rescia and Gianluca Criniti recognized a growing demand from Dubai’s foodie community for authentic North Italian fare, their answer was Náis Italian Kitchen.
At the heart of Náis Italian Kitchen lies a culinary story of creative dishes that stem from the owners’ Piedmontese and Northern Italian roots. The restaurant is defined by its authentic regional cooking rather than a general offering of ‘international Italian’. The menu creation is influenced by family recipes and popular dishes authentically prepared with reworked touches and a hint of European elegance.
“We kept our a la carte menu simple to allow us to continue to add seasonal variations and fresh dishes served up daily. Passionate about evocative cuisine our Italian chef is consistently whipping up new delights to treat our diners,” says Marianna.
Náis Italian Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 10am to 10pm every day of the week excluding Fridays. Favourites on the menu created by Italian Chef Maurizio Olivieri include:

‘A taste of Piedmonts’ antipasti
Hand-made gnocchi and pastas

With the starting price for a main meal 50 AED and light refreshments starting from 25 AED, visitors to Náis Italian Kitchen can choose from indoor or al fresco dining, with a view of the JLT lakes. JLT residents also enjoy selective spoiling with the option of gourmet delivery orders direct to their doorstep.
