Mylo is registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) which is the leading professional body for Real Estate, globally. With this prestigious membership comes responsibility and Mylo takes this very seriously by adhering to the RICS’s strict code of conduct and providing continuous professional development for our staff.

Mylo Group was established in 2010 by UK Businessman Jamie Majid and is involved in a range of sectors within the UAE, Iraq and UK.



Mylo Real Estate, the Real Estate Arm of Mylo Group, was established in 2013 in Dubai. Sectors within Mylo Real Estate include; Brokerage and Agency, Property Management, Asset Management, Bank Valuations, Development Consultancy and Feasibility Studies.



Even though we offer a range of services, the Dubai office focuses on three main disciplines which are Real Estate Consultancy in Dubai, Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai and Real Estate Valuations in Dubai. Valuations in Dubai is a busy part of Mylo’s existing business as a large number of Dubai Investors are looking to re-mortgage their property to release equity for investment into a second property.



We are proud to say that Mylo Group and Mylo Real Estate has been awarded “Consultant of the Year” for the Middle East at the 2014-2015 International Property Awards which makes Mylo the leading Real Estate Consultancy in Dubai and across the UAE. The International Property Awards is seen by many experts as the leading awards globally for Real Estate, which attracts many of the major Real Estate organizations. Each applicant for the awards was scored on references from clients, projects awarded to date, marketing, training of staff and research.
