Mondial LLC

Mondial (Dubai) LLC has been trading as financial consultants in the UAE since 1988. We started out as Mondial Expatriate Services and were owned by Hansard International.



In December 1996, "Mondial" in Dubai reformed in-line with regulations at that time into Mondial (Dubai) LLC, obtaining a licence to provide "Banking, Financial and Investment Consultations.” In order to increase the independent nature of the business, Sean Kelleher and Abdulrahman Al Awir purchased the company and the business remains under their ownership.



Mondial (Dubai) LLC joined the Financial Partners network in 2002 and remains a member by procuring services such as accounts, back office support, asset management services and training collateral. Many of the staff at Mondial hold shared interests in the Financial Partners Group.

Mondial (Dubai) LLC (“Mondial”) is one of the oldest and most well established financial planning and wealth management organisations in the UAE. We are licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), a relatively recent regulatory regime, and were previously regulated by the UAE Central Bank. Mondial’s sister company, Expat Cover Insurance Consultancy is regulated by the UAE Insurance Authority.



Licensing under the SCA allows Mondial to carry out the function of banking, finance, investment and wealth management consultations. Managing in excess of over USD 1 billion, we service over 8,000 clients through a team of over 20 financial consultants and a further 20-plus support staff.



Through a joint venture with Padmakshi Financial Service Ltd in Mumbai, we are also now licensed to provide our services in India through Padmakshi Mondial Wealth Management Pvt. A further joint venture, Thqa Mahal, is a joint venture with Shariah Capital Inc. Thqa Mahal provides Mondial stakeholder’s access to the exciting and locally relevant Arab and Islamic markets.
