Miyako is an authentic Japanese restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere at Hyatt Regency Dubai. Japanese Head Chef Shigeru Sato emphasises on the basics of traditional cooking to create an original Japanese meal spread. The restaurant’s wide menu features delicious preparations including “takowasabizuke”, marinated raw octopus; “wasabi aburi mentaiko”, seared spicy cod roe, etc. Presenting a 9-course “kaiseki” menu, a Tatami room, teppanyaki set with teppanyaki areas and a well-selected list of beverages.
