In 1990, Dr. Minal Patwardhan Andrade earned her master's degree in dermatology from Mumbai, which at the time included coursework in internal medicine and rheumatology in addition to rigorous medical training in treating diseases and disorders of the skin, hair, nails, venereal disease, and infectious disease. Through collaborative OPD and plastic surgery trainings, which provided us with a broader understanding of cosmetic surgical techniques, we refined our knowledge of aesthetics and were prepared to be Skin Physicians in the fullest sense of the word.With hair and nails as its appendages, the skin is the biggest organ in the human body.
