Welcome to "Miami Gym" - United Arab Emirates, the place where all your workouts have value. We started in August 2012, By Sheikh Nassir Al Mualla opened this advanced fitness center in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates and began a tradition of commitment, passion and dedication that is now practiced by expats as well as locals.



Our gym is built to help people realize their goals and find their inner strength. We combine the most diverse amenities in the industry with the best personal training to deliver the ultimate fitness experience.



At Miami Gym you'll find all of the latest cardio and strength training equipment along with a dynamic group exercise program that includes classes like yoga, group cycling, mixed martial arts, muscle endurance training and Pilates. Most importantly, you'll find an energetic, supportive environment full of all kinds of people who are committed to achieving their goals.

Our global staff of personal trainers and group exercise instructors is the best in the business - period. Whether it is a mom looking to get in shape after having a child, a marathon runner training for his or her next race or a Hollywood star training for their next action movie,- we leverage our fitness experience to create personalized fitness programs that help our members realize their potential.

Our office and gym timings are from 7am to 10 am Ladies Only, and from 10am to 11pm mixed normal days.



But Friday from 11am to 4pm Ladies Only after 4pm to 9pm mixed.
