As the first modern Mexican restaurant in the region, Maya has both challenged the perception of Mexican cuisine whilst presenting Dubai with one of its most stylish and elegant venues and is set to continue with its new phase, supported by celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval.





In fact, the inspiration behind Maya – Modern Mexican Kitchen + Lounge is celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval, a native of Mexico City and one of the foremost chefs and restaurateurs in the United States. He has had an instrumental role to play in even the most detailed aspects of the new restaurant, ensuring the ultimate sensory experience to compliment the look and feel of Maya New York.



The venue has recently been fully revamped to usher in a new multi-dining and lounging experiences for the guests. Arriving at Maya – Modern Mexican Kitchen + Lounge, which is accessible via a dedicated entrance and its own valet, is like coming upon a grand, beach-front hacienda. An external lamp-lit pathway guides guests up into the two-story restaurant and lounge, where warm terracotta hues add vibrancy to a space already pulsating with Mexican flavour. Elegant, Aztec-style art lines the walls, surrounding a warm and inviting dining area.
