The History

MASAKEN ALWAHA was founded when MR. Othman ALNUAIMI , an old UAE family of successful merchants, decided to consolidate their real estate activities under one company, thus creating MASAKEN ALWAHA Real Estate in 2014. This fulfilled the family’s vision of establishing a major company and turned the traditional family-managed business into a leading real estate magnate.



MASAKEN AL WAHA Real Estate is a leading real estate group with headquarters in UAE. The group has diverse investments in landmark projects, both residential and commercial.

Masaken Al Waha business units offer a wide spectrum of professional services encompassing real estate development and hospitality management, including hotels and health clubs. The company also offers a host of services in the real estate industry, ranging from rentals and exhibitions to engineering and facilities management.
