Maria Bonita Taco Shop and Grill opened its doors in Dubai October 5th 2003 by Jorge De Anda - a Mexican pilot with Dubai's International Airline who saw the necessity of real Mexican Food in Dubai. Jorge became determined to bring the variety of the Mexican Cuisine to Dubai and share some of his own family recipes to the international community in the UAE.
