Lulua Publishing House was founded in 2011 by Sheikha Intisar Salem Al Sabah to publish books and magazines that help transform readers’ lives and contribute to personal growth and empowerment.



The topics that are explored by Lulua Publishing reflect the vision of the publisher and cover themes such as self-development, inspiration, empowerment, motivation, and mental and physical well being.

We are committed to publishing with and for a purpose and dedicated to publications that promote personal growth and development. The Arab world is coming of age. Recent events in the Arab communities have fostered a renaissance of introspection. Our goal is to provide purposeful publications that cater to this revitalized sense of Arab identity within a regional media market that has been diluted with superficial material for far too long.



Moreover, awareness of mental and physical well being is gaining momentum on a global scale. Likewise, here in the Arab world there is an increasing demand for information on healthy living. Another one of our goals is to develop a platform for providing professional advice on ways to improve the mind-body balance.
