According to the UAE leadership's vision, the center's main goal is to develop the new generation of workers' skill sets so they can satisfy the demands of the country's economy. This involves training in a variety of industries, including advanced technology, media, broadcasting, aviation, space technology, alternative energy, and other industries that are key drivers of a knowledge economy, through a competency-based educational process that employs an entrepreneurial approach.
