THE CHEF

Originally from Lombardia in Italy, Chef Andrea Molinari complements the menu of La Mamma restaurant with his extraordinary cooking skills, introducing a new menu.

His cooking is inspired by his grandmother, a mother of 10, working in the fields all day and cooking for the family. The grandmother's secret family recipe was passed on to Chef Andrea and can now be found on La Mamma's new menu: Rib Eye steak with green and pink pepper sauce, asparagus and potato polenta.
