Over the dinner table, we make the most treasured memories while eating and laughing together.About Chef:Chef JP is primarily a chef who is passionate about introducing Filipino cuisine to a worldwide audience. However, it all started when he studied cooking at the Centre for Culinary Arts in Manila, Philippines, and then at the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia. In 2019, he represented the Philippines at the San Sebastián Gastronomika, a world-renowned food congress, and went on to open a number of restaurants there. Most of his time now is spent in Dubai, where he recently built a new restaurant called Kooya Filipino Eatery in The Marina. He occasionally returns to the Philippines to work on other projects.
